By registering for or using SuvidhaOne, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. About SuvidhaOne

SuvidhaOne is a software-as-a-service platform operated by SuvidhaOne Tech, located at Machuati, Salipur, Near Jay Guru Ashram, Cuttack, Odisha — 754202, India. We provide business management tools for clinics, restaurants, schools, and other small businesses.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SuvidhaOne
You must be a legitimate business owner or authorised representative
You must provide accurate business and contact information during registration
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Your Account

When you register, you create an account protected by a 4-digit PIN. You are responsible for:

Keeping your PIN confidential
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at +91 93377 67953

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 5-day free trial with full access to all features
No credit card or payment is required to start the trial
At the end of the trial, your dashboard is paused — no data is deleted
You can activate a subscription at any time to restore full access
Only one free trial per business entity is permitted

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate applicable to your business type
Pricing is displayed on our website and may vary by business type (clinic, restaurant, school, etc.)
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SuvidhaOne to:

Violate any applicable Indian law or regulation
Store or transmit illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
Create fake businesses or use the platform for non-business purposes
Share your login credentials with unauthorised persons outside your business
Spam customers or send unsolicited communications through our platform

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into SuvidhaOne — patient records, orders, staff details, etc. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your business data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Platform Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability.

9. Intellectual Property

The SuvidhaOne brand, logo, software, and all associated content are the intellectual property of SuvidhaOne Tech. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform or branding without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SuvidhaOne Tech shall not be liable for:

Loss of business revenue or profits due to platform downtime
Data loss due to events outside our reasonable control
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity
Upon termination, your data is retained for 60 days before permanent deletion

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Cuttack, Odisha, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify existing subscribers of significant changes via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
